Excellent Choice and Customer Service is Fantastic.

I have used them a number of times and find the choice excellent and the service is also fantastic. Free returns if you do need to return something.

Have used Belle Lingerie a few times…

Have used Belle Lingerie a few times now. Good choice of underwear, with some brilliant bargains to be had! Everything I've ordered has been excellent quality. Returns are easy and you're kept informed of delivery schedules. Woild reccomend.

Delivery of items is always very slow

Delivery of items is always very slow. I usually have to a wait a couple of weeks for my items to be delivered.

Delayed, but good service

There was a delay in receiving the item which I ordered. However, Belle Lingerie did send me emails to keep me posted of what was happening. Overall, I was very happy with the service, and would consider ordering from them again.

Only 3 stars as the - wrong 1 item out of 2 was sent initially!

The process of exchanging the incorrect item was onerous, as your Customer services staff would not accept my word - that I would send the TOO BIG item back to you. Which, germanely, I did in Good Faith. For a miniscule item cost of £11.20!!PLUS: it cost me £3.95 for postage to rectify a mistake that Bell Lingerie had made in the first instance.Tha only consolation that I have, was the 'mismatched' set was well received as a Christmas Present.
